- hooks: useAdminComments/ChatMessages, useAdminCommentModerate/Delete,
  AdminCommentRow/AdminChatMessageRow types.
- /admin/moderation: tabbed page — comments (hide/unhide/delete, filter by
  visibility & top/reply) and read-only chat browse.
- sidebar "مدیریت محتوا" nav link.
